Very poor delivery service. Food arrived cold and missing a soda. I'd called and spoke to management but was told I had to wait for the delivery man to return--no further contact.

i love this place cuz the food is very healthy but doesnt taste that way because it is DELICIOUS. the delivery is prompt and always within the time range they give you. their spicy rolls are good because the spicy mayo they use is very tasty.

Food took an obscenely long time to arrive (an hour and a half, considering I live 15 minutes away, on foot). Called to check when the delivery guy left; they said 15 minutes ago and I ended up waiting another 40 minutes after that call. Sushi appears to be pre-packaged; portions are super small. Soups and noodle soups are packaged in paper containers--soup actually leaked out when I took the seran-wrap off. I can't figure out whether the packaging broke or whether it leaked on its way here. Never ordering from them again.

40 minutes later after ordering 2 bottles of water and some fresh fruit, my food is still not here. I've called twice and they keep telling me it's on the way, person's left 5 minutes ago, they'll check and call me back etc. This place is just across the street from me and can't get 2 bottles of water and fresh fruit over in an hour. Ridiculous. What a total waste of time and money!

I enjoy Yushi's food although I had terrible service tonight. They have an item on the menu that they no longer make. They need to call me to subsitute only to call thirty minutes later to tell me they don't have cocount water either. So in all I waited 1 hour for my food but when it arrived it was missing parts of my order! Never again!

The good: -The food quality is pretty good hear but thats all that is good. The bad: -The portions are so small its insulting. -The pricing for what you get is very bad. It is so extremely overpriced. -Sushi quality is only mediocre (for the price it should have been good) -The service is terrible. My food was an hour and 15 mins late. When I called to inquiry about my order they kept telling me that my food was on the way many times but it wasn't. The delivery person was nice but late is late and in the end, I couldn't fault him for the late food because to be honest, I'm pretty sure the food left late. The food we received was somewhat warm and not cold like an hour and 15 mins late order would imply. I would say the only thing that might be worth the money is the udon since the udon itself is ok, portions are pretty good and it is only slightly expensive. I gave the place one star. The food would have to be pretty amazing for me to make up for all the bad things I experienced ordering from the place but in the end, it fell flat. I have no idea how this place got any 4 or 5 star ratings. While almost every other place would try to make up for their mistakes Yushi (the restaurant formerly known as Itsu) did nothing. There it is. 1 star because the food was ok and didn't make me sick or make anyone vomit like another place I've ordered from. 1 star for not being the worst. Not much to be proud off.

Do NOT order from this restaurant if you are expecting quality sushi. It tasted badly and I was sick within 30 minutes. I NEVER get sick from food.

Food: far from delicious. Ordered the Vegetable Bento Box - there was no soy sauce for the maki rolls, and no edamame came with the order! The fried rice was rather bland and tasteless as well. Service: Order arrived 15 minutes later than the stipulated time.

Took more than 1 hour despite stating that estimated delivery time was 15-30 minutes. Called to check on delivery status and restaurant couldn't find a record of the order. Had to call Seamless web customer service to track it down.

I ordered one of the dinner sushi boxes which comes with a salad. It was good, however, appeared to be pre-packaged.

In a land of fat goopy sugar-laden pastries and food heavily doused with condiments w/heavy starch sides, the food at Yushi is a refreshingly tasty and relief which you can count on being healthful. Definitely not for people who have forgotten what real food, including greens, tastes like.

For the price, the portions were small and unsatisfying. Moreover, the food was stale and dry. Not a good bet,, especially with the other great options available nearby
